Ant Consult offers three level of service packages for irrigation design: Essential, Professional and Enterprise packages as outlined below. The design component of each package is the same, with the differences lying in the support offered during construction and commissioning.
The Essential Package is focused on providing a framework and design, which you implement. This includes:
- Application Rate Determination
- Infield design from farthest emitter to pumpstation exit flange:
- Emitter to submain in accordance with industry standards.
- Lifecycle-cost optimized submain design.
- Valve cluster and secondary filtration design.
- Lifecycle cost optimized mainline design.
- Pumpstation Design, including:
- Filtration (if required)
- Fertigation (if required)
- Pumps selection
- Suction design
- Structural design (if required)
Our hard outputs are:
- Detailed design report.
- Layout drawings.
- Detail drawings.
- Bill of quantities.
- Specification.
- 2 Site visits: at design kickoff and after first design iteration.
- Weekly clarification meetings (1 hr) during project implementation.
The Professional Package includes all the items in the Essential Package, along with:
- Senior engineer site visits during construction and commissioning (3 of, at construction kickoff, partway through and at commissioning).
- Priority response support: 1 day turnaround on all queries during the construction period.
Day to day construction monitoring is carried out by the client.
The Enterprise Package includes all items in the Professional Package, plus:
- Facilitation of the procurement process.
- Full time construction supervision, from kickoff through to system commissioning.
